Well Friends.....

Thanks for stopping by. Today is my 32nd wedding anniversary and so last night to kick off the event my husband and I sat over a dinner of homemade Pasta Bolognese, a good bottle of wine and a homemade cherry pie and recounted all of the things we could remember that stuck out in our minds of our 32 years.  We laughed and cried at the funny, poignant, significant, and random things in our third of a century relationship. The last big milestone that we visited about was what happened in the first week of July one year ago . And so we are celebrating TWO special anniversaries.

 

Cynde Roof Fine Art gallery landed in a very sweet spot in the historic LaFonda Hotel in Santa Fe during the 4th of July weekend, 2020. During the last year as you can imagine being a new business, we suffered a bit from the pandemic. The rent continued to go on however as you will remember our governor had shuttered our doors for weeks that turned into months.

 

Because of the faith we have in the HEAVENS above and in our past record as professional business owners we persevered, sold paintings online, and had people crawl out of the woodwork thankfully to exchange their hard earned dollars for beautiful pieces of artwork shipped directly to their front doors. There is not a scenario that would have worked without you, our faithful patrons and collectors. Our past patrons as well as NEW patrons sought us out and kept our heads above water while we swam down the months of the pandemic so we feel like this has been a partnership that has worked very well.

 

We have been celebrating for the past year by selling many lovely pieces of art, plus celebrating our new venture with book end wedding anniversaries bracketed around opening our gallery in downtown Santa Fe in 2020. So today one year later we are still celebrating our good fortune with thankful and grateful hearts.

 

How can we involve you in celebrating with us?
